How we work

Five ways to work together, from a single assessment to an ongoing partnership. Business engagements are scoped with you; no service-level figures are published.

Engagement models

Managed Support

Recurring support and maintenance for your environment, remote across the UK and onsite across the region.

  • Helpdesk and user support
  • Monitoring and maintenance
  • Patching and update scheduling
  • Regular service reviews

Best when: You want a steady, documented relationship rather than calling someone when something breaks.

Usually starts with: An onboarding review of your environment.

Project Delivery

Fixed-scope infrastructure, migration, installation and deployment work, delivered to an agreed scope and handed over with documentation.

  • Cloud and Microsoft 365 migrations
  • Network deployments
  • Security implementation
  • Device rollouts
  • Business-system implementation

Best when: A defined change needs delivering to scope and handing over cleanly.

Usually starts with: Discovery and a written scope.

Advisory & Audit

A structured assessment of your environment that ends with written findings and prioritised recommendations.

  • Infrastructure review
  • Cyber security review
  • Network assessment
  • Microsoft 365 review
  • Technology audit

Best when: You need an independent written picture before committing budget or changing provider.

Usually starts with: A consultation and an agreed assessment scope.

Technology Sourcing

Vendor-neutral buying, deployment and lifecycle management of hardware and licences.

  • Hardware sourcing to specification
  • Licensing co-ordination
  • Asset registration
  • Refresh planning
  • Secure decommissioning

Best when: Equipment and licences need buying, deploying and tracking consistently.

Usually starts with: An agreed specification.

Partner & Subcontract Delivery

Engineering capacity for another technology or facilities provider, as principal or as the delivery arm behind you.

  • Regional field engineering
  • Installation and rollout capacity
  • Project delivery under your processes
  • Completion records in your format

Best when: You need dependable regional capacity that follows your method and standards.

Usually starts with: A conversation about scope, method and standards.

For small businesses that prefer a fixed monthly price, see our SME IT support plans. Most relationships begin with a small, well-defined step, and there is no obligation to go further.

Six stages, one continuous cycle

  1. 01

    Assess

We look at your infrastructure, connectivity, devices, systems, security posture and any constraints, and write down what we find.

  2. 02

    Design

We design what suits your operation: not the most complex option, not the cheapest. Each decision is recorded and explained.

  3. 03

    Deploy

We configure, test and verify every component before handover, and plan migrations to protect continuity and data.

  4. 04

    Protect

Security controls, backup and recovery are set up and checked as part of the job, not added later.

  5. 05

    Support

Every engagement ends with documentation and a handover. Ongoing support is agreed separately, as managed support or on request.

  6. 06

    Improve

Regular reviews show what to refine, replace or plan next, which feeds the next assessment.

Each engagement moves through consultation, discovery, assessment, scope, proposal, delivery and review. You can stop after any stage: a consultation or an assessment is a complete piece of work in its own right.

What we will never do

  • Recommend more complexity than the situation needs
  • Deploy without testing and verification
  • Leave a system undocumented at handover
  • Propose solutions that tie you to a vendor unnecessarily
  • Use technical language to obscure rather than explain
  • Disappear after deployment without a clear next step
