IT review

IT review £97 + VAT. If you join a monthly support plan, we credit it against your first month's bill (up to the amount of that bill; any balance isn't carried forward or refunded).

Out of scope

Quoted as a fixed price for the outcome before work starts. Most basic business fixes average £97 + VAT. Plan clients get priority scheduling.

Work outside the plans includes:

  • Projects, including migrations, office moves, new sites and server builds
  • Hardware, parts and licences (Microsoft 365 licences are passed through)
  • Workshop repairs
  • Data recovery
  • Out-of-hours work
  • Cabling
  • Third-party line faults beyond reasonable liaison
