Who we are

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, device type and the message you send. If you call or email us directly we process the details you choose to share so we can respond.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry data under legitimate interests (responding to requested IT support) and, where you ask us to provide a paid service, under contract. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records (typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active job, warranty or accounting).

Cookies & analytics

This website does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Essential cookies required for security features (for example Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled) may be set by those providers. If we add analytics later, non-essential cookies will be gated behind consent and listed here.
